  Hultdins Damping System lets you work faster and helps improve the service life of the machine – as well as your health. Hydraulic oil is an excellent way to transmit power. Because hydraulic oil is incompressible, it transfers vibrations and impacts that fatigue both the machine and the operator. Our dampers reduce these unwanted forces without affecting machine performance.
  
  OVERSIZED ACCUMULATORS CREATE PROBLEMS
  It is therefore necessary to carefully analyse the different parameters that affect the dimensioning of the damping system. This ensures maximum damping effect with minimal disturbances over as wide an operating range as possible.
  
  PRESSURE SPIKES
  Wave movements always occur in a hydraulic system while the machine is working. Wave movements are sine curves with a certain amplitude and a certain frequency. In practice, many amplitudes and frequencies occur at the same time. These oscillations can neutralise or reinforce each other. When several wave peaks occur close together, they combine into a short and very powerful peak. Pressure spikes are far more common and powerful than many people realise, and they cause heavy wear on both equipment and operator.

  Installation:
  - Bracket included
  - Install the damper close to the hydraulic cylinder (Alternatively, the damper can be placed close to the hydraulic valve).
  - NOTE! The damper should be installed so that the hydraulic hoses to the damper are as short as possible - preferably not over 2 meters.
  
  Hydraulic system requirements:
  - The function of the damping equipment may be reduced if restrictors are installed between the damper and the hydraulic cylinder. If possible, move all such restrictors closer to the hydraulic valve.
