  The KS 48V-DC DC generator from Könner & Söhnen is designed to charge batteries in the 50–55 V range, especially LiFePO4 batteries with a nominal voltage of 51.2 V, as well as other battery types, provided they allow a charging voltage of up to 55 V. It is ideal for 48 V-based energy systems such as solar, wind and telecommunications systems. The generator operates in AUTO and EXTERNAL CONTROL modes and supports control via dry contacts. It is equipped with short-circuit, overload and overvoltage protection, starts from the battery being charged, and features wheels, a handle, a EURO 5 engine and a generator with copper windings.

  AUTO AND EXTERNAL CONTROL MODES
  In AUTO mode, the generator automatically monitors the battery voltage. In manual/external control mode, the generator is started and stopped via the contacts on the control terminal.

  Ergonomically designed control panel with all necessary displays and controls for easy operation. The mode switch allows quick adjustment to the user’s needs, while clearly marked functions ensure intuitive use.

  Equipped with a modern engine that meets the EURO 5 standard. Thanks to an optimized combustion system, it delivers high performance with minimal fuel consumption, making the unit efficient, economical and durable.

  MONITORING OF ALL IMPORTANT OPERATING PARAMETERS
  The generator has automatic shutdown at low oil level, protection against reverse polarity and short circuits, as well as a fuel level sensor.
