  BRANDED ENGINES
  As with petrol generators, engines for diesel generators are manufactured under licence from DIMAX Int. and supplied under our own brand name and logo. For all models, the engine's power reserve in relation to the alternator enables the generator to produce the specified voltage and keep it stable throughout the entire load range. All engines are tested for long-term operation and are then dismantled and inspected for defects. Each engine and each generator has an individual serial number. This allows us to monitor production and service quality. The engines comply with all global and European standards for quality, economy and environmental performance, particularly regarding emissions and noise levels.

  VTS SYSTEM
  VTS SYSTEM 2-in-1 universal generators feature a unique VTS phase switching system (Voltage Transfer Switch), allowing one generator to be used in both single-phase mode (230 V) and three-phase mode (400 V) with virtually no power loss. Each mode has its own circuit breakers. There is no need to purchase two separate generators for single-phase and three-phase consumers.

  ATS CONNECTION
  The ATS unit (Automatic Transfer Switch) automatically starts the generator and transfers the load when the mains power supply fails, and automatically shuts down the generator when the mains supply is restored.

  EXTENDED ENGINE LIFE
  HEAVY DUTY diesel generators are not only suitable as backup power sources, but also for continuous operation. Engine service life exceeds 3,000 operating hours, as confirmed by multi-hour and step-by-step testing as well as the warranty. This engine durability is, of course, achieved with correct operation and regular maintenance.

  USER-FRIENDLY ERGONOMIC CONTROL PANEL
  The user-friendly ergonomic control panel makes the entire unit easy to operate and requires no special skills. A modern intelligent LED display continuously shows operating hours, frequency and voltage. The displayed information helps you accurately assess the load on the unit and carry out generator maintenance at the correct intervals, thereby extending the service life of the unit.

  PREHEATING FUNCTION (PREHEATER)
  All HEAVY DUTY diesel generators are equipped with a preheating function (PREHEATER), making it easier to start the generator during winter conditions.

  AVR (AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATION)
  HEAVY DUTY generators in the Könner & Söhnen range are equipped with an intelligent AVR voltage regulation system. This keeps the generator output voltage at a constant 230 V while protecting the generator against accidental short circuits and overloads.

  FRAME REINFORCEMENT
  Thanks to additional frame reinforcement with upper protective bars, professional-series HEAVY DUTY generators can be used under demanding conditions. The frame design also provides substantial additional protection for the fuel tank against damage during operation and transport.

  RUBBER FRAME PROTECTORS
  For all Könner & Söhnen diesel generators, the additional rubber protectors included in the delivery provide corrosion protection. The protectors also prevent damage to floor surfaces and to the paintwork of the frame during generator operation. A transport kit is also available.

  ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES
  The generator is supplied with additional accessories: adapter plug 2P+PE 16 A 230 V, adapter plug 2P+E 32 A 230 V, 8×10 mm spanner, 12×14 mm spanner, 17×19 mm spanner, 6.0 mm offset screwdriver, PH2.
